An Introduction to Trance Control - Sunday 8th March 2026

This is a 5 hour workshop which will run from 5pm - 10pm uk time.

This online zoom workshop is aimed at students who are beginning their Trance Control journey or for those who have already started and would like a refresher or a different approach. (It is not suitable for advanced trance students).

The workshop will include trance theory, helping the student to understand what trance is, how we can utilise our trance control, understanding trance control and the levels and lots of trance control practice exercises.

By the end of the workshop the student will have a good understanding of trance control, how to further develop their trance ability and also be able to acknowledge when spirit join with them whilst in trance state. It is also possible that some students will experience speaking whilst in trance control and some may also get a clear sense of a spirit guide.

This workshop has been scheduled to suit both the Uk & US time zones.
